Daniel J. DelRowe, M.D.

Daniel J. DelRowe, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.  He completed his undergraduate studies, summa cum laude, at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and received his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College, also in Philadelphia.  Dr. DelRowe served his intership in internal medicine at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Upland, Pa. and his ophthalmology residency at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, New York City.  His research includes a study of serotonin and galactosemia for children’s Hospital, Philadelphia.  He also served as the Ophthalmology Medical Advisor for the New York State Athletic Commission and was on the Medical Advisory Board for the World Boxing Commission. 

After practicing in Carmel, NY for several years, Dr. DelRowe came to Port St. Lucie in 1988 and became a partner with William Dreyer, M.D. until Dr. Dreyer’s retirement in 2003.  

Dr. DelRowe is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons, Florida Medical Association, and the Florida Society of Ophthalmology.
