J. Kevin Belville M.D.

Dr. Belville is a board-certified ophthalmologist and internationally respected expert in cataract and LASIK surgery.
Dr. Belville has more than 25 years of experience and has served as an Associate Clinical Professor at UCLA for more than 21 years.
Dr. Belville's career spans the globe, including serving ORBIS, an international humanitarian flying teaching eye hospital and as a consulting ophthalmologist at the US Air Force Academy Hospital.

Dr. Belville is a board-certified ophthalmologist who completed his residency as Chief Resident at Cornell Medical Center at the New York-Presbyterian Columbia University Hospital in New York City. He then completed his clinical fellowships in Washington, DC and through St. Louis University with ORBIS, an international humanitarian flying teaching eye hospital.
Dr. Belville has been practicing for over 25 years. He worked 15 years both in Washington, DC and Los Angeles for one of the largest national health care organizations. He was chosen as the Chief of the Department and later as the Director of the LASIK program. Dr. Belville is an Associate Clinical Professor at UCLA and was a consulting ophthalmologist at the United States Air Force Academy Hospital. He has published two textbooks on LASIK and Presbyopia surgery and has lectured internationally.

Dr. Belville was honored at the United Nations for his work overseas on ORBIS. In 2017, Dr. Belville received the award “Best Ophthalmologist of Port St. Lucie” by the residents in the area.

As an internationally respected expert in cataract and LASIK surgery, Dr. Belville is certified on all of the latest innovations including the newest intraocular lenses and lasers. He specializes in customizing every aspect of vision care to match the patient’s lifestyle needs.
