Dr. Allen, is a board-certified ophthalmologist who holds a Doctor of Medicine from Duke University in Durham, NC. He completed his clinical internship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL, and his ophthalmology residency at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.
Dr. Allen has been practicing ophthalmology for more than 14 years and has performed more than 10,000 cataract and refractive procedures. He also has extensive experience in the medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma.
Dr. Luchs, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist with a sub-specialty in Cornea & External Disease. Dr. Luchs was distinguished as a Chief Resident during his Ophthalmology residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Dr. Luchs has been the principal investigator in numerous clinical trials and academic appointments. He has authored publications on the cornea, external diseases, and refractive surgery to his credit, including two books. He is recognized both nationally and internationally as a trusted leader and educator. In 2015, he received the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s Achievement Award.
